Return Policy

We require all new owners to take their new kitten to their vets within 7 days of collection for a health check and to quarantine the new kitten from other animals in their home for at least 2 weeks. 

If within 30 days of collection the new owner thinks there is something wrong with the kitten we will give a full refund on return of the kitten to us (at the new owners expense) and the veterinary records showing the condition diagnosis. We will also refund the veterinarian consultation fee once we receive the receipt showing payment. We do not give refunds for bacterial infection, viral infection, poisoning, injury from accidents, injury from undetermined cause and any condition that can be caught naturally in the environment. 

Our kittens leave with 5 weeks insurance, we strongly recommend new owners to take out insurance that includes dental to cover their new kitten for at least the first year of their life. 

Within the first 6 months of the kitten being with the new owners we will refund the pet insurance excess if the kitten visits a vet (on proof of payment) or offer a replacement kitten of equivalent value on return of the kitten (at new owners expense) and veterinary records showing diagnose. However we will not cover if the visit is because of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear, this includes but is not limited to: bacterial infections; viral infections; injury from accidents; illness from parasites; injury from fights with other cats or pets; poisoning. We also must be informed of the vet visit before it takes place. 

This complies with The Consumer Rights Act 2015 which covers the sale of animals in the UK. 

We are a fully licensed breeder, our licence number is 21/01377/AWSP.

Our kittens go with a comprehensive contract which we require the new owner to agree to and sign before collection.
